I contacted Ford customer service today 800-334-4375 to inquire about the ROVP. To my surprise, this is new to them as well., they are not aware of the ROVP verification. The nice representative I spoke to, Sherri, was kind enough to listen to my frustration regarding the whole ordering process and the lack of information and communication coming from Ford. She assured me that everything we spoke about would be escalated to the leadership team. I told her that most of us are getting our info from Tim Bartz since Ford and our dealerships are none existent when it comes to giving us updates about our orders. I suggested to her that Ford should monitor FB and our forum if they real want to learn, improve, and correct the ordering issues. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would suggest everyone to give them a call and let them know your concerns. They need your feedback and input. This is how you change the way things are going on right now. Every phone call counts.
