Got one laying around in Carbonized Grey Metallic?? The fourth most ordered color (if I'm remembering correctly) and not a one real-life to be found.

Is that a soft or hard fold-up tonneau cover? Thx in advance!

hey Brian, If I'm not mistaken, this image below is the normal Cluster. An image that I have attached to my own thread of some photos of the maverick, those include the 6.5 inch one that comes with the Fx4/ lariat. Hope this helps

Hi Noah, Wecome and thanks for sharing with us. If I'm seeing this picture correctly- it appears to have a battery charge indicator inside the tach? Is that a Hybrid gauge cluster or Is that the normal cluster for Eco boost as well since there doesn't appear to be a separate battery charge gauge?

I get it James, if you guys need more physical proof of the car I have more photos as well. But I get it because even from now this model could change, of course all pre-production.
The Maverick is one of those things, you just gotta get your hands on it and drive it to have a really informed opinion. Pictures and internet banter do not do it justice. I am always sad whenever I have to give the keys back to a Maverick, I just want to keep driving it! I want to drive across the country with it! Such a dang good little truck. And the best is yet to come ;)

Oh how interesting! I have a few questions for you!
  1. how was pulling the door closed with those handles?
  2. How is the viewing angle from the drivers seat? Any big blind spots?
  3. You noted it was good on road noise - compared to what vehicles have you been driving to compare?
  4. how “upright” are the back seats? I.e. angle of sitting vs another car you have been in?
  5. Is the 2.0t similar in feel to the 2.3t on ranger in regards to smoothness? I haven’t been able to find a bronco sport to test against…
  6. Is the bed soft open on all models(I can’t remember…)

Love that navy blue. I like the fact that these pics make it look darker than some of the other pics. It’s not as in your face as some of us thought. I think my main concerns were road noise (acoustic windshield), ride quality/handling and just overall comfort sitting in it for a while driving around town.

I went from a Focus Hatchback to a Jeep Grand Cherokee and now the Maverick, so I’m no stranger to different trim levels. It’s hard to really explain what it is that I’d like to know or see. 😂
I totally Understand. I think we will hear more about it later on when they come out more, but to my knowledge and experience, it wasn't "loud" at all.

This isn't from the truck Noah drove. Someone else asked for a pic of a different cluster

Can you take a picture with the rear seat folded flat?

Did anyone at the dealership reset the MPG average to see what it is displaying?

What does the power feel like with the 2.0 EB? Is it quick?

Does the 8 speed shift smoothly? Does it hunt for gears?

Is there a way to shift gears yourself as in paddle shifters on the steering wheel or any other place?

Thanks

1) super weird but in a good way. of course we are all into these big water bottles these days so having a cool place to put them is nice. also there are screws that hold it together (not in a structural way) but for design as well, but I feel as if you can take those out, and with 3d printing, make the handle different colors lol
I love the design so much

2) not to many blind spots, even the rear view with that smaller window for the bed it a great view. normal view.

3) well when it comes to the noise, of course most people just hate the wind whistle, and we didn't take it on the freeway to anything, but I didn't hear a wind whistle or anything else. I recently drove a ranger and Colorado in comparison and I don't know how else to say but they felt louder. I hate to say this because the maverick is a truck, but it was quiet like a car.

4)they are as upright as normal. I can say that they are very comfortable and comparable to the F-150 seats, just clearly not size. But for size context if this helps. I am 6'3, and my buddy who ordered one as well, is 6'8. he sat in the front seat, didn't have the seat all the way back, and he fit, and I was still able to sit in the back behind him. yes my knees were in the seat but I was comfortable. I didn't feel like I was slouched in any way, but relaxed and not sitting straight up.

5) absolutely, I seriously think the maverick was just overall "smoother" than the ranger. I drive rangers all the time and man is there a difference. (ALSO OFF TOPIC but for context) back to my very tall friend, he sat in a ranger for leg room comparison and with the seat all the way back in the ranger, his knees were hitting the steering wheel, and I couldn't (and wouldn't want to) sit behind him. I felt as if the Maverick interior has much more room
spacious

6) and that is one I am not sure about. I didn't pay attention to that I am sorry lol but maybe this could help? watch
Thanks

1)So I will be visiting this truck again, as I need more pictures of the back seat, but I love the design.

2)So this truck was not at the dealership, but I'm assuming they maybe messed with it when testing the transmission

3) very quick, makes me happy that even tho my Focus St will be replaced by a truck, the AWD 2.0t will feel just as powerful. nice BOV (blow off valve) sounds too lol

4) 8 speed is great. Ford kicked (a$$) with that in my opinion. doesn't hunt

5)I don't believe so

hope that helps!

I wish, this one was Alto blue if I'm not mistaken, and they had two, both identical. Will be expecting more to show up soon! hopefully lol. I got cactus grey and for those who know, cactus grey looks nothing like what it looks like online.

Do you mean the tailgate? If so, it is not damped like most full-size trucks, however, it does have a torsion bar assist which makes the tailgate feel incredibly light when opening or closing.
