  1. Please Check for Hybrid Under-Bed Tie Down Brackets

This bracket is only attached on the left-hand side, and was not designed for tie-downs or recovery hooks. Recovery tie-down provisions are designed into the frame rails in the form of oval holes.
  2. Wait entering Month 16 ....... What am I doing wrong?

I think a big part of the problem is just the nature of ordering from a dealer in greater L.A. I count 220 other 2023 Mavericks awaiting scheduling at Villa Ford. That is a huge amount of units to turn over. Can you share your order code? I wonder if you are actually Priority 12.
  3. Is Focus RS drift mode possible for Tremors

No, the 2.0L does not put out enough torque.
  4. Confirmed. Steelie as full size spare does fit

I cannot emphasize enough how inadvisable this is! That sawtooth bracket is there specifically to catch the spare tire in a rear-end collision and keep it from impacting the fuel tank. The tire stowed as shown will not perform as designed. At best, this will lead to sidewall damage from...
  5. My dealer claims there's a recall on my Maverick and he can't sell it

If you can share your VIN I can check for recalls in PTS, or if it has actually been sold.
  6. Freezing rain forecast overnight. Correct method to lift wiper blades/arms off windshield Advice please

Studio styling demands a taller hood, wiper motor packaging dictates they hang out lower on the cowl, and aerodynamics appreciates the wiper blades being out of the airflow.
  7. 🙋‍♂️ What did you do TO / WITH your Maverick today?

Did they send you black screws, or silver?
  8. Problem with Lane Keeping ( Maybe ) Loud Clicking - Anyone Else ?

Not normal. A Lariat with LKA will make no noise. Does it feel like a mechanical clicking, or maybe coming from the audio system? Can you tell roughly where the noise is coming from?
  9. The Answer to why Ford didn’t build a two door Maverick.

2-door trucks are not popular, it is really that simple.
  10. Go Frogs!

    Sorry but, GO BLUE :)
  11. My tailpipe looks like it was patched

Yes, this is normal. On both EcoBoost and Hybrids the resonator (used to be just before the tailpipe on early builds) was deleted in favor of the resonance patch seen here. All Mavericks going forward are built this way. You can read more about this technology here.
  12. How did Ford screw this up?

https://www.cnbc.com/2021/12/09/ford-needs-ev-batteries-more-than-semiconductor-chips-ceo-says.html Battery supply has been a problem since before the pandemic. Does not matter FHEV, PHEV, or BEV, raw materials and supplies are difficult to source right now.
  13. Estimate when Tremor parts will be available (front struts & valence)?

Tremor's intercooler is approximately 40 mm rearward and 60 mm higher than a '22 EcoBoost (should also be noted that Tremor has an altogether different intercooler from base EcoBoost). Then throw in ride height difference between the two - roughly 20-25 mm.
  14. Estimate when Tremor parts will be available (front struts & valence)?

No, the intercooler is higher in vehicle regardless of ride height. The the entire front module carrier is different, as well as the front structure. If you are thinking of trying to swap parts out on a '22 to get Tremor approach angle, it will not work.
  15. Estimate when Tremor parts will be available (front struts & valence)?

It is raised up. The entire front-end of the Tremor is different from a '22 EcoBoost.
  16. Those Damn Maverick Drivers!!

Unfortunately dumb people sometimes make great vehicle purchase decisions.
  17. Delivery ETA off?

My Maverick arrived a little more than a week early, but usually the ETA is accurate.
  18. Michigan WTB OEM Moveable Tie-Down Cleats

Nope nope. Surely they exist in the world, there have been totaled Mavericks with the CMS/Tie-Down option, but I have had no luck on eBay or anywhere else. I will try talking to my dealership parts department to see if they can help. The engineering part number is NZ6J-E27740-A, and the part...
