I trimmed the rear ones so they aligned better with the window:

These are installed properly and how they were designed to fit, they're supposed to be installed to the windows rubber trim. Sadly Lund made the rears too long and require trimming for a proper fit, going past the rear window looks silly is all get out.

I've had the low profiles on two f-150s before and they were made proper from Lund.
