Ford Lund Aeroskin question

I ordered what I thought was a smoked out plastic hood protector from ford dealership using the part number from the ford accessories website. What was delivered definitely was not what I thought I ordered nor what I have seen on other members mavericks. Is ford substituting this textured plastic for the smoked I see on everyone else's pickups??? interesting....this is definitely going back to the dealer....

since posting my inquiry, i have learned there are two part numbers floating around out there for this hood deflector. one of which the ford accessories rep I spoke to did not even have any info on in their system

Part No: VNZ6Z16C900A (the smoked one I am looking for)
in addition to the one you have listed.....

the VPxxxxxxx part number the rep I talked to said she did not have info on other than "i see the part listed but no specs or info as to if its smoked or textured or anything."

I have to say that solid deflector is ugly to the point of being atractive.
