is there a way to upgrade the 2023 maverick XLT with the ford copilot 360 to the ford copilot 360 assist package?

Possible, but would be very expensive and would require some degree of technical expertise.

The ACC and Lane Centering are the main features and will require both hardware and Forscan modifications.

Yep, as indicated by the ACC and sensor beam markings.

Technically it's possible that it's a hybrid system that relies on the Co-Pilot360 camera as well, but definitely needs that radar module.

If I obtain the ACC Box there should be plugs there to plug it in then reprogram it with forscan. Would that work?

There is a thread elsewhere here on MTC that discusses the detailed steps to add ACC. No point in duplicating that information here. Should be easy to find with search.
