Ford app won't accept email or password

I,m using same email i have had forever and password is not connected to anything .i can work on cars but not computers at all.worked about a month now it says one or the other is wrong.

Same issue here. I go to log in and all I get is a circle going around the Ford emblem on the app.

Seems the fuel level isn't being reported for some, there must be a problem on the server side.

Did you guys get logged in?

I have some of the app problem as well, where the fuel level and km's remaining aren't available.

Not the end of the world but evidence to me now, that Ford is having an app problem.

I don't have a log-in issue...yet.

I guess we will see if this sorts itself out and how long it takes.

Don't use the app much in the summer, but noticed it yesterday. Changed password and it logged in right away.

I was trying to troubleshoot it yesterday - it works through the web.

Via the app, it sends me to log in (via a web page), since I'm already logged in it sends me back to the app, which just sits there.

Seems like the credential token isn't getting sent back to the app or the app isn't processing and/or accepting it.

I wonder if it makes a difference on iOS vs Android?
I'm on Android.

I don't have a problem with the app. I stopped using it. I couldn't agree to the 20 sections in the user agreement. I haven't missed it.

The Ford app appears to be working normally for me.
