FITS System Fusion 360 Drafting dimensions

Hi Everyone,
I'm going to copy and paste the dimensions I'm using right now in Fusion 360 to create a viable FITS system. If you want to experiment with the file, and help me develop the best fit for this model, that would be great.

The items thickness is currently 5mm.
All measurements are in mm.
The bevel is 7mm

mdcasa, I appreciate you giving the measurements and the files, I just wish someone would make some items and start selling them. I would be interested buying a double cup holder in the orange color to match the orange accents in the XLT package. If anyone is selling a cup holder like this please message me. Thanks

Thanks! I have to be honest, my concern is with these prints standing up over time. Injection molding is probably more robust. I print only in PLA, which has a really low melting point and pretty brittle. Does anyone here print in ABS or Nylon? I can't because of the fumes.

Awesome. Yeah, ABS would be the way to go. I'm going to print some on my own in PLA, but my guess is that they will break over time. I'm going to see if 100% infill will make it more sturdy. My son asked for an iPhone/iPad holder for the back, so I made a gadget that do than, with a cord wrap. I still need to test print and see if it will fit properly.

Is there anyway that you could show the finish product, I would want to see how it turned out before I commit to it. I have seen a few others that people have made and they just didn`t look like they had finished them completely. Hope you understand. Thanks

Yeah, I can definitely do that. I got to order In the right colour filament so might take a bit to make. If there's any design changes you'd like let me know as nows the time. Size wise, its made to fit a mug that's 82mm accross.

How deep are the cup holders ? Are those holes around each of them ?

68 mm deep. Slightly deeper near the middle hole as it slopes towards the center for liquids. The wholes go all away around but I can remove em if you don't want em.

68 mm is like 2.5 inchs, is that going to be deep enough for a YETI® 30 oz Tumbler ? I don`t think they would handle a tall tumbler. What do you think ? The holes don`t really bother me one way or another, it may save on weight if you do have them.

If that's what your aiming for I will raise the walls to 5 inches. That should hold a little over half the tumbler and be touching the thicker part.
