There are a few good options on Amazon if you pay attention to reviews that have photo/video attachments. In Pitt there should also be an abundance of shops that fit lights onto emergency squad vehicles that could give you good recommendations. There's at least 4 shops that I can think of within a 45 minute drive that does that here in Harrisburg and Pitt is a much larger city.

I think however, that your agency should be able to help you out with this if they've authorized you to run blue lights to respond. Don't forget to register with PSP.

Really up to you. Big brand ($$$) or X-brand ($). Blue or blue/white. Hidden or visible. "Pro" or amateur install.

The recessed bar across the emblem is 7/8" tall inner and ~1-1/8" tall outer. I don't have a Lariat so you'll need to measure the grille openings on yours to see what fits (if you want to go that route).

If going behind the grille, be aware of the shutters you'll need to stay clear of those. Might be able to build out a bracket from the center support or from the sides. Definitely other options.

I'm in the process of adding lights to mine. The grille openings are a little low for me so I'm opting for the bar. Code 3 MR6 fits without the bezel. I made a template for the weird profile and cut the bezels to fit. Haven't mounted them yet, though. Apparently I didn't take a picture when fitting them up.

A $40 magnet light that plugs into the cigarette socket, runs a wire out the window, and sits on the roof when you need it works just fine. You're in danger of wandering into wacker territory with fully integrated blues on your daily driver 😄

I just would like something subtle that fits in the grill. Blue lights are more of a courtesy request in PA. During a call I need to get around people if they are willing to move over and it is safe.

I'm aware, a lot of young excitable guys aren't however, and blue lights are getting increasingly banned from some townships due to the operators thinking they should have right of way.

Yeah when private snowplows were allowed blues here they just used to come flying backwards off lots into the street at 30mph. Now they got regular orange and got tellt.

Volunteer firefighters, doctors on call and paramedics only get to use green now. The popo have been going nearly all blue lately.

I use the feniex 5 color flats. If you are using them as a first responder, make sure they are SAE rated for brightness . Some stuff on Amazon is a joke. Here is a link for the real thing. They have 5 colors and 3 modes in each light head . I would suggest 6 conductor wire if you plan on using the modes. The Q3 is bright , but has half the LED. Still has the SAE ratings. Be careful when mounting to the flat part of the grill as it has a slight curve to it and if you screw the flat series down snug , they will get moisture in them. The Q3 are solid thick aluminum and haven’t had any issues with them. They do make a quad Q3 with green/white/amber/red , the normal is blue/white/amber/red. The FLAT has all 5 colors

Well they do not have the right if way. That is made clear.
I just did a magnetic light bar and a cheap wireless siren from Amazon.

we have a guy at our Fire Station that did the same thing.

Dual color front light sitting on the dash.
Two 5” dual color light bars on the back.
Remote siren behind the grill.

That’s all I need working along the TX/Mex border.
State motor pool had them installed in a little more than an hour. They work great and meet all the requirements.

I bought the same siren. But in my State, the lights have to be seen 360 degrees around the truck, so this wasn't an option.
