First day trip!

I brought her home a week ago and today we took our first day trip! We went up the Columbia Gorge to the Hood River Fruit Loop. Several stops for fruit and goodies, then one last one for dinner. Up the lower flanks of Mt Hood and lots of curvy roads. She performed flawlessly! I haven't figured out how to get cumulative MPG yet but used less than 1/4 tank for the day. The picture was taken at Panorama Point, overlooking the orchards and the air strip and museum.

Friday we load up and head for the Yakima Canyon! I'll have better report then!

Has anyone slept in the back seat? Looks like some wind on the Yak and maybe some drippage so I'm considering it. I'm 5'4 and fluffy.
