How did you work it out to have a bedcover and the racks on together. One of my friends has a Maverick Tremor. She claims that she cannot use the Thule racks and a bed cover at the same time

I have the same setup as OP.

The ProX15 cover can be installed with a rail system that creates mounting channels on each side of the bed. With that you get an accessory (from Thule, elevate, yakima) that lets you slide the towers onto the rails instead of clamping them to the bed.

The Elevate rack with rail accessory is way cheaper than Yakima's (and I assume Thule's).

Did you just assume they are not a sovereign citizen and those plates are current/theirs?

Serious reply: Public info and online public info are a little bit more complex than that. Anyone local may know the vehicle and be able to obtain it's owners public info with some effort but online exposes said info to a much larger group...

You need to install the bed rails: https://amzn.to/44cyDqz and the Tonneau Cover fits inside against the rails.
