Nice! I’m doing my tailgate assist later today. How was the install? Did you do the splash guards yourself? I have the front ones, but am not confident enough to try the install.

tailgate assist is way more involved than the front splash guards lol. Front guards literally took 2 minutes per side. No drilling or anything. Tailgate assist requires a t50 torx and took about 10 minutes. Have to remove the left side tie down hook on the side of the tailgate. Both easy enough.

I’m hoping it’s good after a week lol. I’ve used this brand on my tesla and it was great, no issues. Remind me later and I’ll let you know!

I might have to give it another look then. I had to order another socket set for the tailgate assist. I hope it comes today!

Thanks! I will be posting videos and what not also. Get them while you can. I heard from others accessories are backordered or unavailable. I got mine months ago before I even had the truck lol

to be honest on mine I didn’t order it and on this one I’m glad it has it. Actually used it today for groceries (90% of what will go back there) and I liked it way better than the 2x6. For the utility aspect it’s good and I would recommend it if you use if for trips to the store. For big things frequently it will be annoying I think. I have an f150 to move big stuff.

Bought the same screen protector. Hoping there wont be a glare issue. I didnt want the matte finish one as it looks like it will show fingerprints more readily. I guess I will find out when I get my truck.
