Favorite Stations not playing? Maybe a problem with Sirius?

Certainly a first-world problem and nothing I'm worried about, but when I picked up my Lariat last week I programmed a couple of the Sirius stations as favorites in my Sync system. Today I was in the truck and a couple of the stations wouldn't play. Only one (Beatles station) actually worked... the others were non-responsive. My other favorites (2 local FM stations) worked fine. The missing stations are also not playing when I go directly to my favorites in the Sirious menu.

Anyone else having issues with some stations? Missing an Oldies and something called "the Loft".

Update. I think I found the issue. The missing stations are flagged “app only” on the serius website. I have crap cell connections where I live so maybe they’ll work again when I drive closer to town.

I've some favorites that are "app only" too, and why I initially started using the app in my Maverick. Now I use the app about 50% of the time in the vehicle. Someday I may go for a subscription that is only for the app and save a few bucks.

My hope is Android Auto will integrate music apps better, with formatting closer to the layout used in the vehicles radio. Then I will switch to app only!

I experienced similar issue today but the stations were long time presets and I couldn’t change from what was playing. Buttons had no response and logo backgrounds were missing during a 20 min. drive. After a restart of the vehicle all was back to normal. I’ve had preset buttons not appearing for 15 min. on a drive before as well. Again back to normal after restart.

Sis had the same issue in her Subaru. Sirius had changed the channel number. Might have been more than one channel that happened to.

Still no,luck even when driving to,town. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with Sirius support. Absolutely useless. Jus T some foreign call center with no clue.

doubtful that I will even bother with signing up no matter how cheap they get.garbage customer service.

Guy, was that using the Sync system built in reciever, ie thru Sirius's satellites, or via the app? I wonder if the satellite antenna maybe has an issue if using that? A warranty issue maybe?

an issue with the built in satellite receiver account programming maybe? I was not using the app. When I drove home with the truck they all worked and I even saved a few as favorites. I think it’s something messed up with Sirius as channels like the Beatles play fine it’s just some of the channels won’t play. I can browse to them but nothing happens when I select them. 5 days ago they ALL worked.
