I"m working on ordering a Maverick and, based on the info on the Farm Bureau site - Farm Bureau Recognition - it looks like the 2026 Maverick should be eligible for the discount, but I've been told by two local dealers that they don't see any such offer available on their end. I can't find anything about certain trim levels being excluded, so I'm a little confused.

Anybody got any insights on this one?

I don't remember a dealer not accepting the Farm Bureau Certificate presented at time of purchase. I think that's when the dealer enters it into the Ford smart vincent system.
I've used it back in 2023 2X.

You could check and see if Tim at Long McArthur @fordvideoguy knows.

1 Available on the purchase or lease of an eligible new 2025/2026/2027MY Ford Maverick®, Ranger®, F-150®, Super Duty® or F-150 Lightning®. Not available on any other Ford or Lincoln vehicles, or F-150 Raptor®, F-150 Raptor RTM, Ranger Raptor or F-650® and F-750® Super Duty.
Clearly states Maverick is eligible.

Farm Bureau is available in 2026 Maverick. I don't know why the dealer would care because it is a rebate that doesn't take away from the gross on the deal.

Hence my confusion.

Based on the other replies here, it sounds like it may be a procedural issue on my end.

Clearly states Maverick is eligible.

Since the dealer tried to act like they couldn’t help me when I purchased. I had to email corporate to get it started after the fact.

[email protected]

I ended up getting a check in the mail. Make sure you can prove that you are a member of the bureau. I joined cook county in IL (live in NC) it was like $20.

Dealer in apex (NC) thought he was slick when in reality it was just laziness …

Try this site:
https://fordrecognizesu.com/farmbureau/

I had success with the rebate with my new Maverick truck in 2025. Make sure you apply and register with the Farm Bureau FIRST (you will need to select a state and county when you do this) and receive your Member card ID. Different states have different annual membership $ charges so obviously pick the least expensive. I selected Illinois. Also, Ford explained to me during the process that you need to be a member of the FB for at least 90 days. Do all this BEFORE you purchase your vehicle so you have plenty of time. Ford also told me if you have already purchased your vehicle you will not be eligible for the incentive (not sure if this is true). Once you have completed the Farm Bureau membership process and wait the 90 days or so you can then fill out the application for the Ford Incentive Certificate. You will then receive a Certificate Document with Certificate # that you will provide your dealer which they will enter into the Vincent system at time of purchase. At that point the $500 incentive will occur. To avoid delay, I recommend that you email your dealer prior to the vehicle purchase date and attach your Ford Incentive Certificate for them. That way it is all done prior and in the Ford system so they can apply the incentive as part of the $ calculations. You are then good to go.

Other tips:
Once you have your FB membership # and proceed to the Ford FB Recognition site, enter the FB state that you joined (not the state you live in) in Step 1. Then use your HOME address ZIP code since that is what is associate with your FB membership.

Also, when you enter your FB Membership ID card # as shown in Step 1, just enter the numbers without dashes and without any letters on the end of it (ie. A).

They actually recently (within the last couple of weeks, I think, which probably means as-of Jan 1 , 2026) changed that to 90 days.

I can't decide if I should delay ordering a bit to be safe or if it'll definitely take more than three months to get delivery anyway.

I noticed the "First Time Buyer" line. I bought my car in 2024 ( first new Ford purchase). Is this something I could have potentially been eligible to receive? If so, I don't know why dealerships don't push these offers. I was never told about or asked if I might qualify for any of these benefits.

You are correct. I was not aware of that change. I just edited my original post to say 90 days. Thanks
