Farm Bureau Ford Advantage Discount - $500 off Maverick! -- UPDATED INFO Oct. 2022

Can anyone confirm if this is still working in 2023? Also is Illinois still the cheapest state to join in, and is there any problem if you don't just join in your home state. My truck just got scheduled for the end of March, so I have to get on this. Thanks!


I found the new thread. Already joined the Illinois branch. They got a racket going with that low price, probably got quite a few people joining from out of state.

I live in PA. Joined in IL. Got the certificate. No issue whatsoever using the discount here. Ford doesn't care where you live. Dealer doesn't care. As long as you have a valid certificate in the system you get your discount. Best $20 I ever spent.

Can confirm that my Woodford County Illinois Farm Bureau membership worked fine for the $500 rebate in northern NH.

Just took membership card to dealer and they automatically deducted $500 from the MSRP. Getting to do the same thing when other Maverick gets here in late June. One of the best $45 I have spent in that the return on that $45 will be $1,000, and I did not use a stock trader LOL.

I tried entering Illinois as the state followed by my membership # then state where vehicle will be registered and it said invalid membership not recognized. My membership is good until 9/30/23. Don't know why it's not working.

Don't use the dash in the membership number or the letter at the end. Just the numbers.

I was only able to create an Invalid Member ID when entering Texas instead on Illinois today.
I did find earlier this the year and today that I couldn't see generated certificates if I didn't enter the member number with the Dash even though once logged in it showed the dash when I tried to view the certificates.

With Dash in Member ID at State/Member ID/Zip

Thank you. I read a old MTC post and tried that. It worked but they did not give me a certificate # or a end date. It was blank. Not sure why. Was yours blank after entering your info ? Maybe they send info to my ordering dealership ?

Yes it was. But the certificate came right away to the email I entered. Check your email!

Oh and the site doesn't show the number of certificates generated when you log in. I've generated two 2023 certificates so far but site still shows 0 even though I have email confirmation of both.

It doesn't matter. As long as you have a valid certificate to give your dealer they will be able to process it. The Farm Bureau rebate site is just kind of wonky -- like everything else at Ford!
