This data grabbing is broad. Even if you shut down the telematics in the vehicle, if it gets connected to your phone it in fact scoops up your phone data and the data onboard the car and sends it back to the mothership. The vehicle will use any connectivity to transmit the data.
Don't connect your phone to your car!

Yes, it has the capacity to report many data points back to Ford. Oil Life and tire pressure are the two that the customer can easily see in the app and online. There are hundreds of other data points as well, most of which you would never see. Your dealership can see the error codes your truck throws remotely for example. You can as well in the app, but it is mostly useful to the service department to diagnose and see the history of problems you might be having.

You can locate your truck via GPS anytime you want via the app. Ford makes it clear that this is not intended to be used to track a stolen vehicle, but much like Apple Air Tags and Tile brand tile trackers being used to track vehicles, I am sure 99% of Maverick owners would sure as hell be tracking their stolen truck (and providing the info to the cops) via the FordPass app.
Is there a way to see your tire pressure in vehicle?
My 24 XLT has menu options for what units the tire pressure is displayed in,
But I can't seem to find the tire pressure displayed in any of the screens or menus.
One of the screens just shows a digital image of a Maverick and no infomation, which seems totally cool and useful.

Hit your menu button on that screen with the truck and discover all the info that is available.
Just like MyView has settings. Or trip has, well, trip settings.
Have your digital manual out for searching.

So you use the Ford Pass app, or do you have the truck set up on your home Wi-Fi?
I missed this. So on the interest of inclusion I'll answer no, the vehicle is not using any wifi, either the vehicle's or home wifi. Where it is parked a lot there is no wifi within at least 1/2 mile. Neighbor has Starlink. Rather annoying and confusing, the vehicle randomly connects to my iPhone, whether it's tethered via the USB or simply by bluetooth. It's insane and weird. The clock will not auto reset as I cross Pacific and Mountain time zones like our Hyundai does.

If there was an adult store, I would park it there for the data thieves. Hey !! Ding !! There is a legal state certified brothel on the drive out in Nevada. Eat that !!
