Not a scam, just a standard PR move on social media to make it look like a company followed up with a problem whether they did so or not

I am currently having lots of issues can you please help me with my Ford Maverick first ic ant even connect any scan tool becuase when ignition turns on i keep recycling fron on to off repeatedly with man error codes .
