Yes. My phone Fordpass app doesn't show that I have the T/S recall but when I looked on my desktop it shows that I do.

Interesting that it is on hold. Maybe there is a new recall we don't know about yet? Maybe there was a problem with them on the lot (vandalism, damage etc)?

I'll bet it's the turn signal software update . Ford inhouse tech will do it at the ramp before sending it to dealer.
On Friday I called to set up two recalls for Mobil service and on Tuesday when I called to set up time for Wednesday they said I could set up the new turn signal software update at same time.

I wonder if these are sitting because of the most recent recall with the tail light. It runs through November 16th production dates. If it was built towards the end of that time it might be there until the recall can be done instead of having it shipped to the dealer and have it sit until the parts are available.

Same thing happened to 3 of our 2022 Mavericks with the airbag recall.

I have never had the recalls show on my Fordpass app on the phone but they do show up when I log in to Ford.com?

I don’t show any recall notices on the app or desktop so at this point I have no idea what’s holding this truck up.
