Good. They are within reach of people that aren’t rich.

I guess I wasn't clear?
Can you please cite your source of where you got those numbers from?
You were clear. I was just pointing out that they're the source and unfortunately the forum doesn't allow me to link specifically to their ass.

As of now the best use of an EV is local travelling together with a home charger. EVs are still very limited for any long distance trips because of the lack of fast charging stations.

No chargers or no working chargers or crazy wait times at chargers? Somewhat true. Somewhat false. Depends on (1) where you are and (2) when you are and (3) what you are driving and (4) what charging networks you can access (like Tesla's Superchargers on NACS).

For example, is your road trip taking you up and down the coast in your 500 mile range, $150,000 Lucid Air? Then probably you just charge overnight at your 5-star hotel. Are you going LA to NYC in your 15 year old Nissan Leaf? Maybe not the best idea.

Curious, is Canadian gov or Tesla financing chargers anyway near what the USA is doing?
Not taking a position, honestly curious. I know Tesla has a tax deal with the USA on chargers.

I’m perfectly happy with my hybrid Maverick. Never would I ever buy an EV, no matter how low the price drops!

What do these prices say about supply and demand? It's pretty obvious.

The US has more chargers per square mile I believe but there still aren't near enough of them. Probably won't be for a very long time. I'm happy with my hybrid Maverick, just gas up and go with great fuel economy!
