Kind of like opening a can of worms. Would like to see what else is in his garage! Read somewhere else Ford is losing another $4 billion again this year. Too bad, but someone there needs to figure out why this keeps happening. I suspect they dug a very deep hole investing way more than they should on EV vehicles. I think EV's can be a good thing for those with short drives or around a metro area as a commuter vehicle. Average person, not a good fit. Couple of my relatives have EV's and love them, for around town, but they like a lot of others, also own a petrol fueled vehicle also, for many reasons.

it's widely known Ford is looking to an affordable EV so it makes sense to sample the competition, heaven knows Musk won't deliver in that market despite his promises.

Yes Ford lost $4 bill on the E side and then made $10 bill on the ice side despite the UAW contract that was going to bankrupt them, hear GMs near record profits defied their dire predictions as well.

He doesn't own it, there is another article that talks about how he doesn't want to return it cause of how much better the Chinese are at building EV cars and they are a decade ahead of American EV's.
