EGR window visors versus Wellvisors

Trying to decide on EGR in channel or the Wellvisors. I have the dark alto blue color and a lot of users seem to complain about the transparent dark brown color of the EGR not matching their truck color very well. The Wellvisors are stick ons with 3M tape and a clip but have a transparent blue color from what I can see.

Any complaints about the Wellvisors coming off? Only other option may be EGR in a matt black.

I've got a set of EGR smoke vents awaiting my Tremor. Just went and looked they are absolutely not brown, more of a blue/black tint. Even held up to the light.

I have the clear/transparent EGR visors and I don't see any "brown" whatsoever.

These are how mine looked when putting them up in the sun. At just the right angle, they looked very brown. I contacted EGR and they said it shouldn't look like that so I guess mine were defective? Returned them and got return shipping refunded.

I went with WellVisors and I like them a lot better. They run along the edge of the door so they look like one flowing piece. Quality of the plastic is much better than EGR. Only issue when installing WellVisors is that the 3M tape does not stick too well to that plastic/vinyl on the B-pillar. Need some 3M 4298UV adhesion promotor to get it stick really well in that area. My truck sits outside in the sun in SoCal and haven't had any issue with the 3M tape coming off.

I have the EGR matte black yes they do block some of the view but I’ve got used to them. The matte just matches the trim better

A little bit on the passenger side but you get use to it pretty quick.

It looks like the blind spot created by the A pillar, just got twice as big making your truck less safe.

Perfectly safe, doesn’t make that much of a difference when you’re sitting in the drivers seat.

I had the matte EGRs due to an ordering mistake and I didn't like the decrease in visibility. I finally got the smoke EGRs that I originally ordered and they fit my needs much better. Mine do not look brown.

Yup, I have the same! Easily installed (don't worry, they WILL bend to get them into place, without breaking), look great. One issue: because they're opaque, they add to an all-too-wide blind spot created by the A-pillars, and interfere a bit with the blind-spot mirror on the passenger side.
