I haven’t driven either, so no clue which is best!

Ordered Maverick for hybrid and price, so that is a winner to me i guess.

The review of the Maverick’s ride is way off base to me. I’ve driven several trucks Dodge 1 ton dually, GMC Sierra 3/4 ton 4x4 and Ford F-150 4x4. Those were stiff rides. The MAV rides like a nice well suspensioned SUV or car.

I call Edmunds review horse hockey.

Just my review of their review.

Horse Hockey? Now that would be fun to watch (don't tell my wife I said that). Maybe you meant Horse Puckey?

Winner: Maverick. Whatever Santa Cruz wins, remember the Maverick costs almost half of what the SC does. Maverick wins every time.
This!

Also: booo Edmunds! Bad call! You seriously gave it to the Santa Cruz for features and value?!?! That’s some 🐂💩

This!

We have owned about 20 different vehicles from budget to luxury and everything in between. Honestly this truck, at least the fx4, is a great combination of firm and sporty. The ride isn't harsh, and is quite responsive to the road. I think it is great.
