eBay hard Tri-Fold tonneau !!

I really needed a tonneau for a 1,400 miles road trip from south Texas to Walt Disney world. (Maverick review coming soon) I did consider a few low profile and soft, but I decided on a Tri-Fold I found on eBay. Has build in LEDs and super easy install. It did excellent with no shifting nor major leaks from the storm we drove through. Very happy with my purchase.

Ad says it is NOT for models with the "Factory Utility track system". My pending 23 XLT has the spray in liner with the six D-link bed connectors that comes as a discount package.

Is the D link system what they are referring to?

I have that one also. Satisfied so far. Got a little water in the tailgate area from an automatic car wash. Left the tailgate down for a short time afterwards and it dried up.

Anyone put the weather-strip by the cab side like the instructions say? It raises it up a bit and not flush on mine.

Is the D link system what they are referring to?

I believe that means, that the tonneau does not work with the rail system. The latches secure to the bed lips.

so I believe it means that the tonneau does not latch to the rail system. Mine secures to the bed rail lip. Hard to explain. I’m trying to upload pictures.

The bulkhead? I did install it. I didn’t want to risk water entering. You are correct, it did lift it a little causing it to to be flush but the seal that goes around keeps it weather tight.

Yes. I did notice the gaps but I believe that’s from factory. Did you find a fix for that? I do enjoy it myself and I don’t regret getting it.

I'm looking at my truck tomorrow, and picking it up on Monday. I'll compare your pictures to mine with the D link system, and let you know. I'm also looking at the Rough Country tri-fold as another option....

That cover is real nice . For only $ 399.00 It looks just like my extang solid fold 2.0. Oh and I paid $ 965.00 at the time.
