DTC POC48

Just got my 23 Lariat hybrid back from a week‘s stay at the dealer to cure POC48. A problem was found with the High Voltage Coolant Pump. Pump was replaced. Anyone else experienced this DTC?

Did you have any symptoms outside of a fault code?

Good question. My son is driving the Mav. AFAIK, the CEL was on for several days and the vehicle was fully functional while awaiting a service appt at the dealership that is ~40 miles away.

P0C48 (#0 not letter O) is the DTC.
This DTC sets when the feedback signal the BECM receives from the high voltage battery coolant pump indicates the control circuit is open or shorted to ground.

Possible Causes

• Wiring, terminals or connectors
• Low coolant level
• Air in the cooling system
• High voltage battery coolant pump
• BCMC
• BECM

I can't recall seeing anyone else having a problem w/ this code.
