2025 Mav XL - DTC PA075 - Generator Phase W Current and Others

I'm trying to work through this list of DTCs on my 2025 Mav XL Hybrid captured from Forscan. I have an appointment with the dealership tomorrow (Tue).

Anyone have similar problems?



P0A75 – Generator Phase W Current
Within module Secondary OBD Control Module C (SOBDMC)

P0A75 – Generator Phase W Current
Within module: On Board Diagnostic II (OBDII)

U0100 – Lost Communication with ECM/PCM A
Within module: ABS module (ABS)

U0100 – Lost Communication with ECM/PCM A
Within module: Battery Energy Control Module B (BECMB)

U0121 – Lost Communication with Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module ‘A’
Within module: Image Processing Module A (IPMA)

Have you made any modifications at all ? Have never seen those codes before.

The DTCs appeared before my mods. See pic from Ford app.

My mods that involve anything remotely electrical in nature include

1. Splice rear driver door lock and attach power lock for liftgate.

2. Change tire size in ABS module to 236/65 R 17 to minimize speedometer variance. Not sure if it is helping or hurting.

3. Not an actual mod. Plugged in my DashCam into the usb A slot near cigarette lighter socket.

4. Not a mod. Wash the truck multiple times with an electric power washer. I live on a dirt road. Just the exterior and wheel wells. Eventually the new truck care routine will stop.

Just a guess but 1 and 2 might be the issue. Not sure if you have the time before going to the dealer but if you do, try removing the splice and see if that changes anything first. If codes still show up then restore original tire size.

If not possible please let everyone here know what the dealer says and good luck.
