Did anyone get the Ford Dropin Bedliner installed by a dealer? Did they do the cutouts properly?

For the essential stuff yes. But I had to do some cutouts myself for other things like the bed extender

Yes, had a dealer install mine just last week. They did a horrible job. Missing parts, and poor install. I am going back next week to get the parts and do the rest myself.

This is exactly what I fear. I’m happy to pay the $60 to have a dealer do the install but I don’t want to pay and then have to redo it.

Yeah, not happy about it. But after seeing how they were ok with giving this to me without any sort of qc check, I am not about to let them touch my truck again. Give me the parts, and I'll fix it myself the right way.

There's no way I'd trust the dealer with cutting out mine. I dreaded cutting it, but it really wasn't that hard when I got into it.

Following up on this.

I had the dealer (Brandon Ford) in Tampa do the install of the drop in bedliner. The cuts are clean and it seems like they did a good job.

It took about an hour and the $60 for the install was money well spent.

I installed the Ford bedliner. Took about 2 hours. There are decisions that need to be made regarding what holes you want or intend to use in the future. i.e. do you have or will you install rails right after liner install or down the road.

I had already installed 12v plugs in the cubby so having the 12v spot covered was not an issue. I am not planning on installing rails but yes, if I do, I will take the sides of the liner off to drill the holes.
