Just installed my Stainless works Downpipe and it was a pita to get my hands in there. Took me about 5 hours to do. To help out with that lower bolt that goes to the turbo that you mentioned I removed the heat shield that sits on top of the Ptu. It has 4 8mm bolts holding it down. Its tight so to get it loose I used a 15mm wrench and a small pipe and hammer to tap the wench till the bolt got loose. Then I used a swivel head 15mm wrench to remove it the rest of the way. The 2 other bolts can be removed from the top if you remove the top o2 sensor.
