Door interior protection?

It seems the material that the inner door panels and other bits are made of, mark up very easily. I have poked around the forum a little, but simply wondering if anyone has used stick on clear plastic, similar to what new cars have for protection when new. I looked on Amazon and some auto sites but have not turned anything up. Okay feedback welcome...and thanks.

Yes the plastic scuffs easily - but I'm not bothered because it's a truck.

If you look at the plastic the wrong way it will scratch so I was looking today and came across this. I was hoping they do something other than the carbon fiber but may still go with it. I can always change it again and maybe the carbon look will be ok.

I need something that will stick to the interior door sills the plastic part. I bought a few things but they don't stick.

I will floored by how easily everything in the interior scratches. My Tacoma and Ridgeline had a few scratches after years of wear and big dogs riding. My Mav is scratched all over after a few months

I’ve noticed b pillar where the seat belt hits , just by my elbow gets beat the most from seat belt .probably will order a lower b pillar plastic for later installation when this one looks like an old plastic cutting board!
