Long story short on January 21 we were a day or two into a cold spell and had snow the night before roads where snow packed and icy while driving I kicked up a chunk of ice that hit the under carriage of the maverick shutting it down my truck would not do anything it was completely dead so I had ford roadside tow it to the dealership by the house. Come to find out it had some how hit hard enough to damage the floor pan splash shield and hybrid battery connector the dealership was able to save the end on the hybrid battery and spliced in a new pig tail on the truck side and I ordered a replacement splash shield. Attached are the pictures the tech had texted me. I know this has been discussed on here before but does anyone know of a battery shield to protect the hybrid battery I see ford makes one for the Mach-E. https://www.ford.com/product/mache-rally-battery-protector-p4000198665
