    First thing that comes to mind would be a bad charger. Did you test it on another battery?

    That Ford tracker is so inaccurate I wouldn't stress over it. Mine was showing in production for a whole 2 weeks, then the next day it showed as shipped and they backdated the built date to a couple days before.
