The 19's use a 55-aspect ratio tire, the 17's use a 65. The tires on the 19's are 1/4" larger in diameter, so they account for a 1/8" raise.

the 19" wheels and squatty little tires will affect the ride quality WAY more than MPG. They look cool though.
