Do XL Steel Wheels Fit Tremor?

I can get a set of the XL steel wheels for a great deal and want to use them for my snow tires. I called local Ford parts department and of course they refused to confirm whether the Steelies will fit my Tremor.

I checked Ford Parts and they don’t list backspacing for the wheels. Plus the sterile they show is black, so I’m not even sure it’s the same wheel.

I assume they will work, I know the bolt pattern is the same, I assume hub is the same size and backspacing is the same or similar.

Does anyone know or has anyone done this? Thanks!

The "full size spare" that came on Tremors *is* the XL steel wheel, so should not be a problem.

the wheels are the same. Your tremor will probably sit lower on steelies than the premium wheels and tires it comes with, but the suspension geometry doesn't really care about that.

The Tremor wheels are the same 17" x 7" as the steelies, so the only way for the truck to sit lower is if you put smaller tires on those wheels. Tremors use a 235/65R17 size tire.

Thanks for the responses! Glad to know these will fit! I will be using the same tire size, albeit a different tire, so it shouldn’t sit any lower.
