Delivery ETA off?

I guess when my build is done I could take a Bus to Hermosillo & pick it up ( since I live in Mesa, AZ I could get there in about 12 hrs.), and thereby save Ford the cost of shipping it to Chicago. And maybe save me 7 week of waiting. Oh I forgot my passport has expired. Not to worry, I will have lots of time to get a new one .

Wish you could but doesn’t work like that. It has to go through Ford’s shipping process.

I’ve always received emails from Ford super late. I received the shipped email almost 2 weeks after it had already been shipped. Was that way for every step of the way.

That’s ok, I still have yet to receive an email from them saying my maverick shipped lol

The wait game really sucks and it’s taking me a couple of weeks to over it and start enjoying it. Kind of bittersweet taking delivery. It’s a very nice ride for sure. My wife is trying to hate it due to the wait but is getting over quickly after 500 plus miles and not putting gas into it yet… It’s her daily driver now.

When you put your vin into United Road’s delivery tracker thing, it’ll give you a load number and some other things, then you click register and put your email in, shoots you a link to set up an account.

Yes the issue is it doesn't work. But it did work for me once. That one time it worked tried to sign up and it said error has occurred. Thanks

Mine arrived a little early and I purchased it the same day 10-21-22. The ETA on the Ford email I received was giving an arrival date of 10-24 thru 10-29

While I want the truck I cleared my schedule for the ETA time Ford gave me. If it comes early I may have an issue. Have an elderly parent I have to take care of and other things going on. Thought may dealer could tell me but he just went by Ford's ETA. So that's what I planned.

My Maverick just went into production status, build date scheduled for Nov 1… FORD has no ETA for delivery and my Window Sticker says CONVOY… does that mean they will truck it to New Jersey?

Doubt it will go by Convoy. Mine went by rail to Newark. It took 2 weeks to get to NJ. Sitting in the railyard now.

Anyone had delivery way earlier than their Ford ETA? My ETA is Nov 20th. My truck is going from Mexico to Chicago, where it’ll come by truck to SE Iowa. It left Mexico Monday and it already left Kansas today. It is moving into and leaving yards within hours, feel like with it going to be in Chicago in a few days. I will get it close to 3 weeks before Ford ETA if everything goes the way it’s going already.

I’m hoping that’s the case, my truck is off the train evening of 10/25 waiting for a truck to take it to the dealer, and my eta is Nov 14-20.

I checked the window sticker this morning… no longer says CONVOY, now shows RAIL and RAMP RU41

I’m in Newark all the time all the time. I’ll take a peek around the yards for your Maverick. What dealer did you use? I ordered thru Maplecrest Ford in Union. We have almost the exact builds except I went XLT, even have Area 51 color.

Ordered from a NY dealer. Leo Kaytes. Not sure how you could get into these yards. And it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Think it can hold like 10k cars.
