How are we supposed to know if it was entered into ROVP? I got the order confirmation email from Ford, is there something else we are supposed to get?
Your dealer can confirm whether they submitted your order to the verification system, and you can call Ford at (800) 392-3673 to verify the existence of your order in their system and also check the verification status.

Sounds like the dealer is scamming or clueless and I doubt they are that clueless. Call ford, raise hell.

Oh yeah, the order is definitely good. Just needs to be verified in Ford system by Feb. 2. Up to the dealer to make that happen, and if they refuse, well, I'd never go to that dealer again and I'd make darn sure none of my friends or family did either.
I am hoping everything works out, dealership was great when placing initial order and received verification next day from Ford as promised. Found out they needed a copy of drivers license today too, even though I gave to them when ordered in October.
Just hoping it is something that "fell through the cracks" and hopefully corrected in time. Sounds like dealership has to February 2, so it shouldn't be an issue....hoping my glass is 1/2 full and not 1/2 empty...

Right. I ordered a hybrid in early November and I wonder if if it is hybrid specific? The fact that it hasn’t been reported has me suspicious.
I ordered 11/15 hybrid. No word from my dealer.

I ordered on 10/7 and have received nada. No email or anything. Should I just call Ford and see if they have my order in?

Yes and call dealership for rovp. Being proactive is the way to go.

New member, long time looking at site. Salesman called today to say order has to be moved to MY23 due to Ford cutting off orders. I am quite upset. Placed order October 21 and received email from Ford next day. I asked salesman for rovp and he did not know. Said they do covp. I asked for copy and am waiting. He also asked for copy of license which I gave at time of order. I called Ford marketing and my order is in their system awaiting scheduling.
My question is the dealer pulling a fast one or did not put in covp or rovp. I am confused as to what each document is. Any insight would help.
I got a similar call this morning from my dealer. I ordered my hyrbid lariat on 10/11, got a confirmation email on 10/13. Dealer told me this morning that Ford is not scheduling anymore hybrid's, and I have to either switch to eco or be first in line for ordering 2023 hybrid. I asked for ROVP confirmation and he kept giving me the run around. Seems like this has become a popular tactic for dealers. Are they just not putting the orders in correctly or is there something else going on? Seems sketchy.

Seems it is hybrid specific as a few people that ordered ecoboost versions yesterday got scheduled today.

Money is on dealer lying/stupid. Don't let them talk you out of your Mav without written confirmation from Ford itself.

I am surprised by the number of incompetent Ford dealers out there. Not knowing how to place a order makes me wonder how they order regular inventory.

Sounds like shady dealers are trying to get more EB orders under their belts before the order deadline today.
