Let's see what is going on here. It is like living in a house in a great part of town that you really like. You have lots of room, a beautiful home, and very comfortable. A realtor comes along and offers to do a trade deal for another house in another part of town that does not have that good of a reputation, but you either can make a few dollars or break even. That's right, the house the realtor wants to put you in is overpriced to start with and not selling at all. If you are dumb enough to do it, the realtor is going to make a ton of money when they sell your existing house. All of this over an oil change. Here's my advice. Find you another place to get oil changes. Problem solved. Next problem, please.
