I have promptly taken my 2022 Mac Hybrid into the dealer (Red McCombs Ford) in San Antonio, TX and I am always told parts will have to be ordered and they will call me when the parts come in. Not really. The service advisor never calls. This week I went back after 8 weeks to check on where I stood as far as the recall parts were concerned. "Oh my I forgot to call the young gal said." I left the truck overnight and they performed all of the recall services and I picked up the truck the next morning. My questions is are others having a similar experience where ever they are located. Or is this just my dealer?

It's all dealers regardless of manufacturer brand. Just tried to drop off my daughter's vehicle on Saturday, not a maverick but what we'll trade for one later this month or next.

It needed a specific part and I highlighted it when I made the appointment weeks ago. We drop off the car, got get breakfast burritos and get a call that they don't have the part so back to pick up the car try again Monday when he part comes in.

One lousy/lazy/incompetent (not sure which) employee for Mercedes makes them look as bad as your Ford dealer. Not defending Ford, and it should be an easy process, but they all screw it up.
