Another one is stuff like what Subaru does, and they use their brights but with only 50% power (or something lower). So you get the spread of the brights no matter what. This is why if you see majority of Subaru's that seem like they are blinding you even during the day, it's because their brights are on.

But I live in Montana and I'm convinced that at least 30% of the population doesn't know how to operate any of their vehicles lighting in any condition :ROFLMAO:
Agreed.
And it is like the Owners Manual either printed or online is a prohibited or banned Book never to be looked at.
Take care.

Mine, i turned OFF last weekend because I found out that after I installed the mabett side yellow marker. It will light up too on day time 🤣 since I did some tint in the mabett side marker light. I like to see on day time OFF but since is connected to day light it will lit up too.. I thought it will turn on only when I press the turn signal. So decide to turned OFF my daytime lighting this tume.
I just received my Mabett lights and am planning to install them this weekend. I'd like them to turn on at night but stay off during the daytime.

In your experience, where did you connect the red wire from the Mabett lights to achieve this functionality?

ON. 100%

I even went in and set my rear lights to be DRL's with FORScan. Why manufacturers only do front DRL's baffles me.
Because in DAYLIGHT you need/want more CONTRAST on your brake lights. Running running/parking lamps on from the rear in DAYLIGHT decreases contrast and DECREASES effectiveness.

Also hybrids get slightly better maybe 1 mpg better with them off. Not zero. Measurable. I do turn them on in rain / fog and twisty mountain roads but keep them off in the congested city.
No useful purpose in virtual bumper to bumper traffic.

Glad we have choices in the USA.

A moving vehicle should always have illuminated lights.

If I want them on, I'll turn them on. If I want the parking brake on, I'll engage it. And so on.

I watch this video of youtube. He is all correct on all wiring connection. Mine worked on the first try, right away with no issue. Good luck!
