Agreed.Another one is stuff like what Subaru does, and they use their brights but with only 50% power (or something lower). So you get the spread of the brights no matter what. This is why if you see majority of Subaru's that seem like they are blinding you even during the day, it's because their brights are on.
But I live in Montana and I'm convinced that at least 30% of the population doesn't know how to operate any of their vehicles lighting in any condition![]()
And it is like the Owners Manual either printed or online is a prohibited or banned Book never to be looked at.
