My outside tempature reading is reading 10 degrees high. Is there a way to adjust the reading to a little closer to the actual outside temperature?

What did you use to measure the outside temp with?

Odd, my Lariat is dead on even when sitting in direct sunlight in a hot black asphalt parking lot with all the windows shut tight.
Even after cooling the cabin down to 67 F.
Outside temp is spot on.

OP - It is an annoyance but the truck is 18 months old and this feature/function should not be out of whack. Even when not in the sun, the temp measurement is off. After driving a while, the temperature is off. I am not looking temps within 0.1 degrees but closer to 2-3 degrees.

there is no way to adjust it but you can disable it via forscan

How long were you driving? The manual says it can take up to 10 minutes to get an accurate reading.

The temperature sensor is on the black box at the top of the windshield. So it is reading the temperature of the glass not air temperature. As you drive it will come down due to thermal cooling. Is it a major concern? Or just an annoyance?
Thats odd.
Are you sure?

Mine is behind the lower grille.
Always in the shade.

Will pick up some blacktop heat standing still but is nuts on accurate when the vehicle is in motion.
