Dash and touchscreen turned off while driving

I was driving, and all of a sudden it said there was an issue with the front camera, and the whole dash turned off along with the touchscreen. I did read a post here about removing fuse 22, that made no difference. The truck still turns on, but the screen and dash doesn't turn on. I'll be taking it in to the dealership on Monday, just wanted to see if anyone has had this issue and if they were able to troubleshoot it themselves. I'll be disconnecting the battery tomorrow, didn't have my tools at hand until tomorrow, so I'll see if that fixes the issue.

In the picture you can see the vehicle is on from the lights on the steering wheel, center console and airbag light, but the dash and screen remain off.
