CYBER ORANGE?? LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

We got Hot Pepper Red on our truck - wife hated Cyber Orange. The HPR is beautiful and no regrets, but I really liked Cyber Orange - and having seen it a few times in person still think it is a fantastic color. Polarizing color as no one is in the middle on Cyber Orange - you either love it or hate it. The metallic in the Cyber Orange (and HPR) really make the color pop when viewed in person.

Saw one the other day (seeing a lot of Mavericks in my area suddenly!) and all I could think of was miniature school bus.

calling it cyber yellow...and its fine then. Its very eye popping which is the point of it.

Cyber "Yellow" is far more accurate than Cyber Orange. You're right on the money with that assessment. I wanted orange, however I like the yellow a lot.

You got that right. I'm driving a silver 2010 Camry, and honest to goodness it looks like half the other cars in the parking lot. I finally put a Clemson magnet on it just so I could find it without trying to get into 3 other cars first.

The yellow is really cool, but, we all have reasons to buy or not to buy that color.
Years ago, a friend of mine that did very high dollar paint and restoration work once commented about a car at a Good Guys car event. Several of us were looking it over, and being the perfectionist he is, he observed some questionable bodywork on it and said,,"look at it,, it waves at you like a yellow bus load of kids" Every time I see that color,, I think about his comment.

I LOVE my Cyber Orange Maverick. Would love it even more on a Mustang Mach-e I do think.

Knee jerk reaction is hate it, especially since it's misnamed orange not yellow, but the other day sitting at a stoplight, saw so many grays, blacks, whites, etc, such dull colors, but there was one yellow car in this sea of dullness, so respect.

That's what I think. I was ready for something different when I saw my Mav. One benefit is that it’s easy to spot in a parking lot!

The first photo doesn’t look school bus yellow. The second one does. I’m gonna be pissed if I ordered cyber orange and get school bus yellow.

Has anyone seen one in person? Which color is it more like?

Can I change the color if my build date is 5/9?

This probably late but you really have to see it in person. I. Bright sunlight it glistens like Navy gold. In subdued light it’s more like the second picture. The BAP option is what makes it work. I like it!
