Awesome Dave! Thank you for all the photos. I got this on order because I like the xtra protection from the sun and carwashes. Fantastic.

YW I am extremely happy after going through this carwash I would never expect to drive through a rain event to this degree…Awesome Dave! Thank you for all the photos. I got this on order because I like the xtra protection from the sun and carwashes. Fantastic.
Very nice TJ I like itI needed to put the camera like that, but mine doesn’t work like Wolfbox. I cannot flip the camera 180 because there’s no option on my Skdw mirror.
Anyway I 3d printed my own mount for the alibaba topper, and it works great.

Looks great DerekReceived in the mail today and got it installed.
Works perfect and exactly what I’ve been looking for. I was worried that it would hang over towards the front of the truck touching some of the painted roof, but it doesn’t. It’s 100% isolated to the third brake light.
Thank you OP.

Very niceGot mine installed today. Fishing wires through places wasn’t without frustration, but it was by far the fastest aftermarket installation I’ve ever done!
The 3rd light mount really makes this installation feel amazing.
I didn’t think I needed 3 more cameras on my Lariat that already has 4 cameras but the external video rear view is amazing! I feel so much more aware of what is going on around me now and no worries about what is in the way of the back window or adjusting the mirror, not to mention much better night visibility. It is also nice to get constant usage out of the product unlike a dash cam only install that is basically a “just in case” product that doesn’t provide continuous benefit.

Took the 3rd break light out, took down the the stock mirror as well as the black plastic housing behind the mirror. Then just ran an unfolded metal coat hanger or wire pull from the 3rd brake light hole towards the rear mirror then attached the camera wire to it with electrical tape and pulled back. Can someone explain how you ran the wire behind the 3rd brake light? Did you have to cut a notch or do anything specific to get it in the cab? Thanks
i notched mine with a soldering iron. added a dab of silicone as wellCan someone explain how you ran the wire behind the 3rd brake light? Did you have to cut a notch or do anything specific to get it in the cab? Thanks
Hey, that last picture you shared, any chance you have a link to that? I absolutely love this thread, I'm new on here, I honestly hope I'm replying to the right person here lolHey I just found this on Etsy (it’s on Amazon too) just wondering if any one has installed this or if you have any comments on the product or the supplier
i just moved my rear camera to this location but seems this is a much better solution and adds another layer of protection
I also included a photo of my installation

I'm looking for a bed cam type camera, and sort of a rear view as well, but I really want to be able to see most of the bed.
