Could this be Alto Blue?

OK, like many males, I suffer from a certain level of color-blindness. Found this beauty in my local Lowe's parking lot, at first I though it was black, but the more I walked around it I kept seeing tinges of blue. I know AMB is almost considered black, but is Alto Blue also that dark?

Pretty sure the camera in the original post was color blind too. Oh my god that's an insane amount of brightness, all the colors look wrong.

Somtimes it looks black somtimes it looks dark navy blue

The overall color temperature of the photo is so wildly off that's is basically impossible to tell.
