CHECK YOUR BUILD DATE! VIN is now invalid

After 700+ days of waiting for a basic hybrid xl I got my build date and VIN about a month ago. Build date was supposed to be end of November. When I checked status today the ford tracking site is saying

We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN

The Ford Canada order status site has been sending the same message since yesterday. The IT guys are probably working from home.

The tracker is unreliable. You’ll be fine. Just give it a day or two.

Same here, Order number and VIN are no good. I think the system is down.

This is NOT unusual for the tracker....it will be back online soon, as it always does.

I remember when I was tracking my '22 FE, the tracker system was notorious for being up and down. Just try back later, obviously things haven't changed in 2 years.
