Order tracker app, invalid vin

I've tried a few times to use the order tracker app mentioned in the links and it always says my vin is invalid. It works on ford's tracker and the modules page just not order tracker app. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine says the same thing everytime I try. Ford's page works. I just went into production this week and my as built modules aren't showing anything active.

I think the order tracker may only be for shipping and only if by some method other than rail.

Nope been using it for months goes down alot just refresh page and keep trying

Mine went into production this week too, it sayson 6/29. My body control modules are active but not pcm.

Try clearing your cache you may be fetching the saved tracker stored in your cache and not fetching a new page from Ford's server.

Hmmm...have there been any instances of a VIN being assigned, and then being taken away/canceled?
