check engine light on

I have a 2024 mav xlt hybrid fwd which I bought brand new. luv the truck 18,000 mi on it now yesterday check engine light came on. after checking oil water belt etc everything normal . Called ford dealer today, June 11 is the earliest appointment. didn't want to drive 11 days looking at light so took it to Autozone for free diagnostic check . Code P237F came up "REPLACE HEAT EXCHANGER BYPASS VALVE'A' CONTROL PERFORMANCE' anybody have any ideas as to what this is or does?
