Check engine light after 60 miles of new Hybrid. Brake Fluid Low

Just wanted to share my Maverick Hybrid story. I received my Maverick XLT last week. It was an early May build. After around 60 miles I received a brake error message on the dash saying the brake fluid is very low. The truck drove normal. Then the next day the check engine light is on. Hill start assist is unavailable. Brake fluid is still low. Pre collision assist is not available. The truck is pretty dangerous to drive as I have to push the brake pedal very hard to get it to stop. I will be taking it to the dealership early tomorrow morning and will give this thread an update.

Hopefully it’s just as simple as replacing the brake fluid?

More likely it's a leak.

The Banjo Bolt line fitting that connects to the brake fluid line was loose and not tightened from the factory. They tightened it and it resolved all issues
