Cheap bed extender - Decent or pass?

I have that same tailgate extender, it works great, fits under my bed cover. You can see the left side mount point

My bed extender is the F150 in dark blue. Kind of expensive but worth it.

If it fits it should serve its purpose.

Mine mostly sits in my outside garage.
Only paid $13 for it from a salvage out of a Sport Trac, so I'm ok with that.
