Chapman Pickup Process

Anyone pick up a truck from Chapman PA from out of the state? Do they provide you with a total price with a cost breakdown via email before you get there? I'll use a Cashier's check for the most part and a personal check or CC if needed. I assume I only need a drivers license and proof of insurance to pick it up with them supplying transit plates for 30 or 60 days...correct?

I picked mine up from them, but I live pretty close by. They did provide a total cost breakdown well in advance of being able to pick the truck. I would assume that this is also the case for out of state buyers as the finance person told me that well over half their buyers are out of state.

I believe @theway-yay-ting recently picked his up from Chapman and lives out of state.

Yes, I got a fully itemized breakdown in advance of going to pick up the truck. It included invoice amount, % discount, private offer discount, tag/title/license fee, as well as state sales tax (calculated at my state's rate). They provided temp PA tags that are good until the end of August, so right about 60 days from purchase, I guess.

I traveled from Wisconsin to Indiana to get my XL.
Got the itemized list over email... with final $$ for my Cashiers check...

Same with me. I emailed them for the final out the door price but haven't gotten that yet.
Which I was worried about b/c the email saying it has arrived (from horsham) said must pick up within 14 days of this email! ---Did you get that email too?

Mine is still on the train and not delivered to Chapman yet...I just wanted to know the process since I need to transfer money and it takes 3-5 days even from one bank to another before they will release all the funds.....BS since it is from one bank to another....just another scam on the consumer to avoid paying interest. If one major bank can't trust another major bank then the Feds should be stepping in.

I’m waiting for the final numbers and the date they would like me to get it (from Maryland). This is vehicle #2 I purchased from them, the ordering and buying experience on my new TRX was perfect...

I like CHapman so far...I had a Lyriq on order locally and finally cancelled that and sent Chapman Chevy a request to put me on their pre-order list for the new Equinox EV. Very responsive people compared to some dealers I have worked with. I don't mind paying a little more for the PA dealer fees since it comes back in their final pricing discounts which NY dealers don't give you.

Did you guys pick up your Mavericks yet? I got mine yesterday.
It took an extra week or so, b/c they didn't have the private offer certificate number.
I called Ford and we figured out the cert# together by using Tim's formula. And it turns out my zip code must have defaulted in their system, to another zip code next to me. So that's why it wasn't attached.
Other than that, no pressure, everything went smoothly. All that was promised, was delivered. Wondering how it went for both of you?
