If you don't care for streaming YouTube or Netflix, and just want what standard wired CarPlay shows, but wirelessly. I have been using this:

I was using a different one for a couple years with no problems, but my wife uses my car once every blue moon and the one linked above remembers more than 1 user, but only 1 can be connected at a time(If both of us are in the car at the same time).
